Flash freeze warnings issued across Quebec as temperatures drop

Surroundings and Local weather Change Canada (ECCC) issued a climate warning for the islands of Laval and Montreal, in addition to different areas of Quebec saying that a flash freeze could happen Saturday afternoon.
