Actor Vachik Mangassarian has died of COVID-19 issues, in line with his supervisor.


He was 78.


Mangassarian, a personality actor who appeared on "NCIS: Los Angeles" and "The Mentalist," was vaccinated, his supervisor Valerie McCaffrey instructed CNN.


He was most lately filming an upcoming film with Lily Tomlin and Jane Fonda known as "Shifting On." He had shared pictures of himself with the actresses on Fb.


An Iran-born Armenian, Mangassarian moved to Los Angeles as a younger man. He was working as a waiter when he landed his first movie function in "The South's Shark" in 1978.


His checklist of TV credit consists of appearances in "JAG," "NYPD Blue" and "Curb Your Enthusiasm" and extra. He additionally anchored his personal radio and tv present, "The Armenian Nationwide Community."
