'Black Panther' director Ryan Coogler speaks out after being mistakenly detained by police

Ryan Coogler was detained by police in January after being mistaken for a financial institution robber.


The "Black Panther" director was in Atlanta, making an attempt to withdraw $12,000 from his account with Financial institution of America. The teller obtained an alert on his account, in response to the police report obtained by CNN, as a result of the quantity was greater than $10,000.
