One U.S. official says that the Russian invasion into Ukraine has failed three primary objectives that ought to have secured Russia with a victory.

In a press convention, U.S. Nationwide Safety Advisor Jake Sullivan stated that Russia might have already succeeded in capturing Ukraine and ending the continuing battle if it had adopted three "primary targets," as he known as them.
