Footage shared on social media exhibits army autos apparently deserted by Russian troopers, a few of whom are seen surrendering to Ukrainian forces.

Pictures tweeted by open-source intelligence monitor, OSINT Defender and the Ukraine Info Military present destroyed gear they are saying belongs to the Russian military.

OSINT Defender tweeted that Russian forces have been reported to have deserted an outpost within the Sumy Area and fled into the woods throughout the night time leaving army autos behind.

Amongst these have been BMPs, the workhorse Russian infantry preventing automobile, BTR-80 armored personnel carriers and MT-LB armored tracked autos. "There isn't a indication as to why [the Russian forces] fled," it tweeted.

Pictures shared on Twitter and on Information outlet NEXTA's Telegram channel present a destroyed column of Russian equipment in Borodyanka close to Kyiv.

Ukraine Weapons Tracker tweeted a picture of a tank captioned: "Russian T-72B obr. 1989 was deserted with gas and in totally working situation. The reason being unclear."

Telegram additionally confirmed photos of troopers with their arms behind their backs marching down a highway. "Russian POWs close to Kharkiv, with what seem like SSh-60 metal helmets," OSINT tweeted in sharing the clip.

It comes as an enormous convoy of Russian armored autos, tanks and artillery advances on Kyiv.
