A heated confrontation between two Republican candidates combating for a U.S. Senate seat has gone viral.

Mike Gibbons and Josh Mandel bought inside inches of every others faces throughout Friday's debate organized by the conservative group FreedomWorks in Gahanna, Ohio.

The altercation began whereas Gibbons was addressing the viewers as he walked throughout the stage with a microphone in his hand, whereas Mandel sat listening.

Mandel accused Gibbons of constructing "thousands and thousands" from questionable investments in China, which Gibbons flatly rejected. "I do not suppose I've made thousands and thousands off of something," Gibbons stated, including, "I might like to have made thousands and thousands."

Gibbons then insinuated that Mandel knew nothing about how enterprise labored as a result of he had "by no means been within the non-public sector."

Mandel stood up and confronted him straight, jabbing a finger at his rival and saying: "I've labored! I've achieved two excursions in Iraq! Do not inform me I have not labored."

Gibbons replied, "You do not know squat!" as the talk moderator tried to separate the pair. Mandel briefly backed away earlier than once more approaching Gibbons and repeating how he had achieved excursions in Iraq.
