“This isn't going to finish quickly,” retired Basic Rick Hillier advised Joyce Napier on CTV Information Channel’s Energy Play Monday.


“The conflict is coming into a distinct part now,” he mentioned. “We must always settle in for that long-term slugfest,” he advised Napier.
