A California couple who police say tortured their 1-year-old son to demise utilizing a mini blowtorch have been arrested.
The toddler is claimed to have suffered "ongoing abuse" all through his quick life.

Police in Barstow arrested the couple April 25 after a tip-off from hospital employees.
