Fire crews called to early morning blaze at Cargill Plant in London

London fireplace crews arrived to heavy smoke and flames Monday morning on the Cargill poultry processing plant.

Crews responded to the blaze at 10 Cuddy Boulevard round 4:30 a.m.

“We encountered heavy flames and smoke popping out of 1 space that constructing so that they began to assault the fireplace nevertheless it was getting uncontrolled,” stated Platoon Chief Kirk Loveland of the London Hearth Division.

“So we went right into a defensive mode to with aerial operations to use heavy water streams.”

Crews have been capable of knock down the fireplace and get inside to assault the fireplace from the inside.
