Landslides and floods kill at least 31 in northeast Brazil

Landslides brought on by heavy rains killed a minimum of 29 individuals within the state of Pernambuco in northeast Brazil on Saturday, authorities stated. In Alagoas, one other state within the area, two individuals died after they have been swept away in river flooding on Friday.
