Officers with the Manitoba RCMP are investigating after a 75-year-old man was discovered useless within the water close to a culvert.
The investigation started on the night of Could 19 when RCMP acquired a report of a lacking Snow Lake man.
In accordance with police, the person left Snow Lake on Could 18 and drove to his cabin.
A spokesperson for the RCMP stated the person had been contracted to exit and examine culverts within the space.
The person’s ATV was discovered deserted close to a culvert on Could 19.
Mounties, conservation officers, the hearth division, native guides and communities members started a search of the world. The person was discovered useless within the water close to the culvert on Could 20 at 10 p.m.
RCMP stated it seems that the person fell into the water and drowned. He was discovered 40 to 50 toes downstream of the culvert.
Office Security and Well being have been notified of the incident, and RCMP officers proceed to analyze.
