Fast food customer commits fast robbery at a Florida Wendy's

They weren’t lovin’ it at an Orlando Wendy’s outlet back in June when a customer with a gun took the cash register.

Fox News reported the crime happened at 8 a.m. at a Wendy’s near the Universal Orlando resort.

Police in that Florida town are asking the public for help in locating a man who ordered food at the drive-through — but behaved like he was at a drive-by.

When he got to the pick-up window, he pulled a gun.

The driver hoisted himself through the drive-through window and grabbed the cash drawer.

He drove off in a black Nissan Altima.

The perp was wearing beach attire, including a big straw hat that shielded his face from surveillance cameras.

Here’s the beef: deliciously different though this robbery may be, police have yet to identify the man and are offering a $1,000 reward for useful information on the case.

Orlando police tip line is 800-423-8477.
