Controversial U.S. soccer star Hope Solo has racked up another off-pitch foul.

The troubled 40-year-old goalie — whose poor sportsmanship made her a figure of derision around the planet — pleaded guilty Monday to impaired driving in Winston-Salem, N.C.

Solo was discovered four months ago passed out behind the wheel of her car with her toddler twins in the backseat at a Walmart parking lot.

She was given an active sentence of 30 days and a suspended sentence of 24 months along with $2,500 in fines and a $600 lab test fee.

But the judge gave the former soccer star 30 days credit for the time she spent at an in-patient rehab clinic. The big-mouthed backstop will also undergo a substance abuse assessment and complete the recommended treatment.

Charges of misdemeanour child abuse and resisting a public officer were dropped, her lawyer told reporters.

The Olympic gold medal winner asked that her induction into the U.S. National Soccer Hall of Fame be postponed.

Solo refused to take a breathalyzer, but a warrant-issued test revealed her blood-alcohol level was a sky-high 0.24% — three times the legal limit.

In a statement at the time, Solo said: “Easily the worst mistake of my life. I underestimated what a destructive part of my life alcohol had become. The upside of making a mistake this big is that hard lessons are learned quickly. Learning these lessons has been difficult, and at times, very painful.”

She also insisted she was a good mother despite passing out with the car’s engine running.

“Our family is strong and surrounded with love. Our kids are strong, intelligent, happy and vibrant, and we are present every day giving them the best life possible.”

Solo is married to former Seattle Seahawks and Tampa Bay Buccaneers tight end Jerramy Stevens. On the eve of their 2012 wedding, he was arrested for domestic violence but charges were tossed.

In 2014, nude photos of Solo, along with scores of other celebrities, were leaked online.

That same year, she was arrested and charged with two counts of assault against her nephew and half-sister. The charges were later dropped, with the judge citing a lack of cooperation from both alleged victims

In 2015, her husband was busted in California on suspicion of DUI while driving the U.S. Soccer team van. Solo was suspended for 30 days for poor judgment and arguing with cops. He got 30 days, rehab and probation.
