Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones ordered to take paternity test

Dallas Cowboys kingpin Jerry Jones has been ordered to take a paternity test by a Texas judge.

Alexandra Davis, 26, claims the billionaire is her biological father and the pair are locked in a bitter legal dispute.

Davis previously claimed in an earlier lawsuit that she was the result of a sexual relationship Jones had with her mother in the 1990s.

Now, Jones has been ordered to do a genetic test.

His lawyers did not respond to inquiries from media for comment.

However, the billionaire’s legal eagles said they plan to appeal the judge’s decision.

Davis sued Jones last March asking a judge to void a legal deal she claims her mother made with the gridiron mogul. Cynthia Davis reportedly inked a deal with Jones two years after their daughter was born.

Jones allegedly promised to support mother and daughter financially in exchange for silence on the sexual trysts. Much-married Jones denied any deal.

In April, Davis dropped the case and instead vowed to prove Jones is her old man and filed the paternity case that month.

Late Thursday, Assoc. Judge T. Jones Abendroth wrote that “after careful consideration” she would grant Davis’ motion to have Jones undergo genetic testing.

Jones, 80, has been married to his wife Gene for 59 years and the couple has three children, who all work for the Cowboys.

According to Davis’ original lawsuit, Jones “pursued” Cynthia Davis. At the time, Davis was married and the pair allegedly met while she worked as a flight attendant for American Airlines, based out of Little Rock.

The initial settlement had Jones paying Cynthia Davis $375,000 and then for their daughter to receive a “certain monthly, annual and special funding” from a trust until she was 21, as well as lump sum payments when she turned 24, 26 and 28.
