FANTASY FOOTBALL: Jalen Hurts again leads our weekly studs

The best and the worst of fantasy football in NFL Week 15.

STUDS

Jalen Hurts, QB, PHI

315 passing yards, 2 INTs, 61 rushing yards, 3 TDs, 1 two-point convert, 36.7 points.

The No. 1 overall player in fantasy has now averaged 32.8 points over his past four games.

Jerick McKinnon, RB, KC

52 rushing yards, 70 receiving yards, 2 TDs, 1 two-point convert, 30.2 points.

Scored the winning TD in overtime to cap off his second straight monster week.

Derrick Henry, RB, TEN

104 rushing yards, 59 receiving yards, 1 TD, 24.3 points.

Zay Jones, WR, JAC

109 receiving yards, 3 TDs, 31.9 points.

Has now scored 17+ points in three of his past four games – all wins for the Jaguars.

K.J. Osborn, WR, MIN

157 receiving yards, 1 TD, 26.7 points.

Tied Justin Jefferson with 16 targets, but outgaining the all-pro WR by 34 yards in the historic comeback.

Juwan Johnson, TE, NO

67 receiving yards, 2 TDs, 20.7 points.

Even with no receptions in his past two games, he now has seven TDs over his past seven games.

Indianapolis Colts DEF

39 points allowed, 7 sacks, 2 INTs, 1 fumble recovered, 1 blocked kick, 2 TDs, 23 points.

It’s pretty amazing that a defence can give up 39 points and still score 23 fantasy points.

Chase McLaughlin, K, IND

5 FGs, 182 FG yards, 3 PATs, 21.2 points.

DUDS

Jeff Driskel, QB/TE, HOU

8 passing yards, 8 rushing yards, 1.1 points.

So much for that hybrid two-QB system that the Texans rolled out last week.

Justin Herbert, QB, LAC

313 passing yards, 2 INTs, 2 rushing yards, 10.7 points.

Eclipsed 300 yards for the third straight week, but it wasn’t enough in fantasy.

Miles Sanders, RB, PHI

42 rushing yards, -13 receiving yards, 1 fumble lost, 1.4 points.

Had his fewest total yards in a game this season and losing a fumble didn’t help.

Jamaal Williams, RB, DET

33 rushing yards, 3.3 points.

Is averaging just 33 yards per game over his past three weeks and hasn’t hit the end zone in two straight.

D’Onta Foreman, RB, CAR

9 rushing yards, 0.9 points.

Led the Panthers backfield with 10 touches, but couldn’t get going at all.

Davante Adams, WR, LV

28 receiving yards, 4.8 points.

Had reached 70 yards in each of his past six games before this woeful outing.

Marquise Johnson, WR, ARI

19 receiving yards, 3.9 points.

Hasn’t been able to get it going since returning from injury with just 99 yards in three games.

I HOPE YOU STARTED

After starting out the season producing at a fairly good rate, Noah Brown of the Cowboys fell off the fantasy radar as Michael Gallup returned to the lineup. But it seems like Brown is back, racking up 19.9 fantasy points this week, even if he was partially responsible for the game-losing pick six.

As the Falcons returned from their bye week, they had a new rookie QB and a rookie RB. Tyler Allgeier emerged as Atlanta’s top RB option, rushing 17 times for 139 yards and a TD, easily outproducing Cordarrelle Patterson.
