FANTASY FOOTBALL: Pair of Raiders stars among this week’s elite

The best and the worst of fantasy football in NFL Week 13.

STUDS

Jalen Hurts, QB, PHI

380 passing yards, 3 passing TDs, 12 rushing yards, 1 TD, 34.4 points.

Did it all with his arm, setting a season high for passing yards and had just five carries.

Christian McCaffrey, RB, SF

66 rushing yards, 80 receiving yards, 1 TD, 24.6 points.

With 25 touches against Miami, his knee clearly wasn’t bothering him.

Josh Jacobs, RB, LV

144 rushing yards, 6 receiving yards, 1 TD, 1 fumble lost, 20 points.

It wasn’t the 300-yard output he provided last week, but looked great in Raiders win.

Davante Adams, WR, LV

177 receiving yards, 2 TDs, 33.7 points.

Had his fourth game with at least 23 fantasy points over the past five weeks.

Amon-Ra St. Brown, WR, DET

114 receiving yards, 2 rushing yards, 2 TDs, 29.1 points.

Broke the 100-yard plateau for the third time in the past four weeks with a season-high 11 receptions.

Noah Fant, TE, SEA

42 receiving yards, 1 TD, 12.2 points.

One of just four TEs to score a TD this week heading into the Sunday nighter.

Cleveland Browns DEF

12 points allowed, 2 INTs, 2 fumbles recovered, 3 TDs, 30 points.

It never hurts to start the DEF facing the Houston Texans.

Michael Badgley, K, DET

4 FGs, 174 FG yards, 4 PATs, 21.4 points.

DUDS

Deshaun Watson, QB, CLE

131 passing yards, INT, 21 rushing yards, 6.3 points.

Didn’t do much in his long-awaited return from a sexual misconduct suspension.

Russell Wilson, QB, DEN

189 passing yards, 21 rushing yards, 9.6 points.

If you’re starting Wilson at this point, you must be very desperate.

Derrick Henry, RB, TEN

30 rushing yards, 8 receiving yards, 4.8 points.

Was bottled up by the Eagles for his worst fantasy showing of the season.

Jeff Wilson Jr., RB, MIA

3 rushing yards, 0.3 points.

Had very limited usage with just a single carry and didn’t come up with either of his two targets.

Jaylen Waddle, WR, MIA

9 receiving yards, 1.4 points.

Made just one catch on his five targets in a very disappointing outing.

Chase Claypool, WR, CHI

28 receiving yards, 1 fumble lost, 3.3 points.

His five receptions wee a personal best since joining the Bears, but was fourth on the team in yardage.

George Pickens, WR, PIT

2 receiving yards, 0.7 points.

Had just two targets as Kenny Pickett peppered Diontae Johnson and Pat Freiermuth.

I HOPE YOU STARTED

After a couple of strong starts to begin the season, including two games with 26+ points, Jared Goff has been a fantasy afterthought. But this week, he put up a very nice 21.6 points which had him ranked as QB4 heading into the Sunday nighter – surprisingly good for a guy who topped 15 points just twice in the past seven games.

-Sometimes all you need is one play to have a great fantasy week. Trent Sherfield took a pass from Tua Tagovalioa 75 yards for a TD on the first play of the game for Miami and didn’t touch the ball again after. For his trouble: A very nice 14 fantasy points.
