A gunman is dead after “multiple victims” were shot on Sunday night in Vaughan.
York Regional Police say they were called to a condo building in the area of Jane St. and Rutherford Rd. after several people were shot.
Cops tweeted around 9:20 p.m. there was one male suspect who is now “deceased following an interaction with police. SIU will be notified.”
The Special Investigations Unit probes interactions involving police in which civilians are wounded or killed.
No other information on the incident or the status of the victims was immediately available.
