Third man arrested in Moss Park slaying as fourth suspect sought

A third man has been arrested and a fourth is still sought in Toronto’s seventh murder investigation of the year.

On March 6 at 12:53 a.m., police received a call for a stabbing in the Sherbourne and Queen Sts. area.

Jeffrey Munro, 55, of Toronto, was involved in an altercation with a group of four men and was stabbed. He later died in hospital.

The group of men fled eastbound on Queen.

On March 17, Hussen Elmi, 36, was arrested and charged with second-degree murder, followed by Christopher Williamson on the same charge on Saturday.

Toronto Police now say that Jedidiah Creighton-Chevalier, 21, was arrested Sunday and charged with second-degree murder.

The one outstanding suspect.

A Canada-wide warrant for second degree murder has been issued for the lone outstanding suspect, Hussein Ibrohim, 27. He is described as 5-foot-6 and 150 pounds.

Police say he should be considered armed and dangerous and not approached.
