Logan Paul and KSI, the YouTubers who have previously come head-to-head in the boxing ring, have launched a new hydration drink called Prime "that can fuel any lifestyle."
In an Instagram live video post shared Tuesday on Paul's official account, the American YouTuber wrote: "We've ended our rivalry and have officially become business partners."
The pair came together to officially announce their joint venture, noting they've created a new drink "to rival some of the biggest companies on Earth," such as Pepsi, Coke and Gatorade, Paul said in the video.
It's unknown when the new product will be on store shelves. Neither Paul nor KSI mentioned a release date in the Instagram video, while the Prime website currently states it's "dropping soon."
But according to a joint statement from them shared on the Prime Instagram account, in the past year, they have worked "countless hours to formulate the product from scratch, lock in deals with the largest retailers in the world, and build a multi-hundred person team to get our products to the shelves."
The drink is expected to compete with "some of the biggest beverage companies in the world," according to the statement.
"As underdogs, we always cherish the opportunity to show the world what's possible. Now that we're both fighting for the same team, we truly believe the sky is the limit," the pair stated.

The new beverage will be distributed at branches of different retail, pharmacy and grocery chains including Walmart, Target, Kroger, CVS, GNC, Ralphs and the Vitamin Shoppe across the country, Paul said on Instagram.
The drink will also be available at major chains in the U.K. "soon" in a few months' time, including Tesco and Asda, KSI, the British YouTuber and rapper, added in the video.

The latest drink is made of 10 percent coconut water as well as with 850 milligrams of electrolytes, among other ingredients, according to Paul, who said the drink "tastes f***ing amazing," in the Instagram video post.
KSI added: "The taste [of the drink] was so important, we needed to make sure it tasted good."
Paul Admits Defeat in Fight Against KSI
The YouTubers have fought each other in the boxing ring twice so far, and many were expecting the pair to announce a highly anticipated third match on Tuesday, based on a cryptic Instagram post shared by Paul last week.
However, during the Instagram live video on Tuesday, Paul said: "So we fought twice, and I gotta tell you something man. That second fight, I think you won fair and square. I said it! I think you won, I think so, so congrats man!"
