Three 10-week-old puppies needed to have their tails amputated on Monday after they had been found deserted and tied with zip ties so tight they had been digging into the bone.
The Rottweiler puppies had been found in a crate in Warren County, Ohio, after they had been unnoticed within the chilly on Saturday, February 12, Fox 19 Now reported.
