Republican National Committee sues Jan. 6 panel over vendor subpoena

The Republican Nationwide Committee (RNC) on Wednesday sued the congressional panel investigating the Jan. 6, 2021, assault on the U.S. Capitol looking for to dam its subpoena of an RNC vendor.


In a lawsuit filed in U.S. District Courtroom within the District of Columbia, the RNC mentioned the Home Choose Committee's subpoena of Salesforce, which organizes donor info for the RNC, was "overbroad" and "seeks delicate and proprietary knowledge."
