A pupil at Texas Southern College was shot and killed by his roommate on Thursday in what police have said was an obvious accident.
Round 11:05 p.m., Houston Police Division (HPD) responded to a taking pictures at an condo complicated close to Texas Southern College (TSU) campus in Houston, an announcement from the HPD stated.
