A bike owner has been significantly injured following a collision on Victoria Street in Kitchener Thursday night.
Emergency crews had been known as to the incident round 4:20 p.m. on the intersection of Margaret Avenue.
Police say a 22-year-old Kitchener girl was driving a sedan south on Victoria, was making an attempt to show onto Margaret, swerved to keep away from hitting one other automobile heading east, after which hit a bike owner.
A 65-year-old Kitchener man was on his bike heading east on Margaret when he was hit, in accordance with officers. He was taken to a hospital outdoors the area with critical accidents.
A part of the street was closed for a number of hours Friday night.
