Orillia woman charged with impaired driving in cottage country


Provincial police arrested a suspected impaired driver in Bracebridge following a involved name from a citizen Tuesday morning.


Police say the caller reported the motive force was travelling within the space of South Muskoka Falls Street.


They are saying officers positioned the automobile shortly earlier than 8 a.m. in a parking zone close to Winhara Street.

Police charged a 45-year-old Orillia girl with two impaired driving offences.


The accused had her licence suspended for 90 days, and the automobile was impounded.


The OPP says it depends on the general public's "additional eyes" to assist take impaired drivers off the roads.
