Ontario's watchdog is investigating an incident in Orillia that left two individuals with severe accidents and a canine fatally shot.
Provincial police report that officers tried to arrest three individuals in a "suspicious car" on Grace Avenue within the early morning hours on Sunday when an "altercation ensued."
