SHAKING ALL OVER: Putin appears fidgety at youth conference

Is Russian President Vladimir Putin putting on a show that he’s healthy?

Putin’s legs were seen shaking while visiting the province of Kamchatka on Monday, reported the New York Post. He fidgeted his way through the National Environmental Youth Forum and witnesses saw him shifting in his seat while addressing students.

Kremlinologists and Western intelligence agencies have cited Putin’s appearance as more proof that his  health is going downhill, most likely from cancer. Such claims, however, contradict comments made previously from CIA Director William Burns and British MI6 chief Richard Moore.

Speaking at the Aspen Security Forum in July, Burns said that the former KGB-man was “entirely too healthy,” while Moore insisted there is no evidence that Putin is “suffering from ill health.”
