Toronto woman wanted in dognapping of Terrier puppy

A 26-year-old Toronto woman is wanted in the theft of a dog.
Police have released photos of both the suspect, Tiffany Ellis, and the canine, a female Terrier puppy named Bella, who is under one year old, 40-50 lbs, tan, with white patch on chest.
Ellis is described as 5-foot-6 with brown hair.
It’s alleged the dog was stolen on July 5 from the rightful owner in the Jane St. and Shoreham Dr. area and the canine has net yet been located or returned.
Authorities are concerned Bella may have been sold or given away by the accused, who faces charges of theft.
