Toronto teen arrested in fatal shooting of 15-year-old boy

An 18-year-old Toronto teen has been arrested on second-degree murder charges in the shooting death of a 15-year-old boy near Downsview Park last weekend.

Toronto Police say Ellion Brown has been arrested in the death of Shalldon Samuda.

Officers found Sumuda on Saturday, Sept. 10 around 12:45 a.m. in the Keele St.-Sheppard Ave. W area suffering from wounds.

Samuda, the city’s 46th homicide victim of the year, was rushed by paramedics to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.
