December is a time for holiday events, both traditional and new. Arts reporter Jocelyn Bennett has highlighted a few of the events bringing Christmas cheer this month.
Having become synonymous with the holiday season thanks to their 1981 Christmas album, Boney M. — featuring original singer Liz Mitchell — continues to draw crowds around the world.
“Boney M. has been ubiquitous with Christmas for over 40 years, drawing three generations and people of all types to want to sing, dance and celebrate with the band,” TCU Place director of events and community engagement Kirby Wirchenko said.
