The Saskatoon Blades are up to seven consecutive wins after dumping the host Prince Albert Raiders 6-2 Friday night.

The Blades, who ran their Western Hockey League record to 44-13-4-1, scored three goals in each of the first two periods Friday while keeping their streak alive.

Connor Roulette scored three goals for the Blades, who got a goal and two assists from Jake Chiasson. Charlie Wright and Misha Volotovskii also scored for Saskatoon.

Prince Albert got goals from Ryder Ritchie and Sloan Stanick.

Friday’s game was the first of a home-and-home set between the Highway 11 rivals. They’ll play against Sunday, 4 p.m., at Saskatoon’s SaskTel Centre.
