A 60-year-old London man is dealing with a number of expenses after police seized a number of shotguns, ammunition, and brass knuckles throughout a search.
Police say members of the London Police Service Weapons and Gangs Part together with the Canine and Emergency Response Items executed the search warrant at a Sevilla Park Place residence Thursday night.
In the course of the search, police seized:
Harrington and Richardson revolver
Boito Hiker 20-gauge shotgun
SKS semi-automatic rifle
Hiawatha 12-gauge shotgun
Cooey 12-gauge shotgun
Varied ammunition
Brass knuckles
On account of the investigation, police have charged Brian David Calvert, 60, with the next:
Two (2) counts of use/deal with/retailer firearm and so on. carelessly;
Use/deal with/retailer ammunition carelessly;
Two (2) counts of possess restricted or prohibited firearm knowingly not holding a licence and registration certificates;
Three (3) counts of possess firearm aside from restricted or prohibited firearm knowingly not holding a licence
Unlicenced particular person possess prohibited/restricted weapon; and
Two (2) counts of possess firearm and so on. whereas prohibited.
Police say the accused is predicted to seem in court docket subsequent month to reply for the costs.
