GoFundMe campaign set up after two men gunned down at Vaughan nightclub

A GoFundMe campaign is raising thousands to help with funeral costs for one of two men killed at a Vaughan nightclub over the weekend.

On Saturday at 3:30 a.m., York Regional Police were called to the ATL Lounge in the area of Hwy. 7 and Keele St. for a shooting.
When police arrived on scene they found three victims had been shot.
Two of the victims — identified by police on Monday as Tosin Amos-Arowoshegbe, 25 of Toronto, and Chibueze Momah, 22, of Mississauga — died at the scene.
Police say the two deceased victims were employed as security guards for ATL Lounge.
A 20-year-old female victim, who was a patron at the lounge, was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The suspects fled the scene.
Momah’s aunt, Maureen Mrabure, is raising funds for funeral costs.
“Eze was an international student from Nigeria, who left his family and migrated to Canada in search of a better life and new opportunities. Eze had just turned 22 this past May. He was a calm, peaceful, and loving young man,” Mrabure wrote.

“He is the only son, in a family of five. He had just finished his diploma at Durham College and had been looking forward to his first entry-level work using his new degree in honours computer programming. In addition to school, Eze was working as a security guard and a cook in the family restaurant to help support himself.”
Mrabure says Momah was a quiet spirit whose smile would light up a room.
His dream was the bring family to Canada for a better life.
“This GoFundMe is created for funding the burial costs, and the expenses for his mother, father, and 2 sisters to come to Canada to say their final goodbyes as we lay Eze to rest.”

As of Monday afternoon, more than $5,500 had been raised with a goal of $20,000.
