Dolphins-Bengals have what it takes for a Thursday night shootout

Are you ready for an air show?

This week’s Thursday Night Football game could feature two of the Top 10 passing yardage QBs in the league if Tua Tagovailoa (No. 2 with 925 yards) is able to play through back/ankle problems when the undefeated Miami Dolphins visit the 1-2 Cincinnati Bengals and their star quarterback, Joe Burrow (No. 10 with 812 yards).

Both have an excellent array of receivers, with the Bengals boasting the likes of Ja’Marr Chase, Tee Higgins, Tyler Boyd and tight end Hayden Hurst while the Dolphins have added the NFL’s fastest player in Tyreek Hill to go along with Jaylen Waddle for a 1-2 punch as good as any in the league.

According to FanDuel, the two Miami pass catchers have the most stakes in the To Score 2+ Touchdown props market.

Meanwhile, an overwhelming 95% of the bets in the receivers markets are on Higgins to go over his total of 62.5 yards, while 93% of the bets in the Burrow passing yards markets have been on the over, pushing it up a couple of yards to 268.5.

As is expected with both teams having plenty of offensive firepower, there is currently a lean (55%) to over (46.5) on the total.

FanDuel also reports that 82% of the money line bets have been on the Dolphins, although just 56% of the stakes are with Miami.

With a spread that currently has the Bengals favoured by 3.5 points, 72% of the handicap stakes are on Cincy.
