An Amber Alert has been issued for a boy and a girl — twin siblings — last seen north of the GTA.
Ontario Provincial Police identified the missing children as Shakir Charles and Shakira Charles.
They are both 13 years old.
Police say there are two suspects, both Black females, who were last seen in a black SUV in Alliston — a community in Simcoe County north of Toronto.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of the brother and sister, the suspects or the suspect vehicle, is urged to call 911 immediately.
